Long Island this season is seeing Christmas movies come to life.
People can only say that the Great American Family Christmas Festival at Northwell Park at UBS Arena in Belmont Park will feature visits by Candace Cameron Bure, Mario Lopez, Danica McKellar, Cameron Mathison, and more stars.
Among action-packed weekends, the actors will engage in scheduled photo ops, Q&A sessions, and world premiere movie screenings.
The first weekend, Nov. 22 and 23, will include appearances by Bure, Mathison, McKellar and Trevor Donovan. On Saturday, Bure and Mathison will be at the World Premiere showing of their film, Home Sweet Christmas. Additionally scheduled for the Festival on Sunday is McKellar’s 2024 A Cinderella Christmas Ball. Star Q&As and moderated movie panels follow.
Celebrating A Little Women’s Christmas with actresses Jillian Murray, Laura Osnes, Julia Reilly and Jesse Hutch the next weekend, Nov. 30 and Dec. 1
Actors Cindy Busby and Christopher Russell will arrive when hope calls Dec. 7 and 8. On that weekend, Christmas Under the Northern Lights star Jill Wagner will also be on hand with panels hosted by Renee Paquette.
Over the weekend of December 14 and 15 Mario Lopez and his wife, Courtney Lopez — also his costar in Once Upon a Christmas Wish — take over.
Still to be revealed is additional talent.
Surrounded by local Christmas trees and amazing light displays, fans may also engage in events including the nightly tree-lighting ceremony, ice skating, food and drink around a fire, holiday creative classes and Santa Claus photo ops.
Early access to purchase VIP experiences and general admission tickets on October 3, at 10 a.m., will be granted to fans who registered as Insiders on the festival website. Public sale of tickets and VIP experiences will start October 4 at 12 p.m. ET. Visit here for additional ticketing details.
