WWE’s Jade Cargill Joins Paradigm Sports Group (Exclusive)

Variety has learnt exclusively; WWE standout Jade Cargill has signed with Paradigm’s recently created The Sports Group for representation in all spheres.

Joining the likes of Drew McIntyre, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton, Damian Priest, and CM Punk, Cargill is the newest WWE wrestler to sign with Paradigm.
Although Cargill entered the pro wrestling scene only in 2020, she has been well-known and ascended to the top of the business quite fast. Beginning her career in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), she battled numerous top performers before winning the TBS Championship slightly over a year after her debut. She spent 508 days holding the championship and, with AEW, developed a 60-match unbeaten record.

When word leaked out that Cargill had been seen at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, the internet exploded in 2023. Over 20 million people watched a video of her arriving at the Performance Center.

Not long after, WWE formally said Cargill had joined with them. She teased her in-ring debut on multiple on-screen appearances in the next months, which at last took place in January 2024 at the “Royal Rumble”. Near the end, Cargill entered the battle royal and effectively eliminated stars like Becky Lynch and Nia Jax. She also participated in a much-discussed staring contest with Bianca Belair.
Later on, Cargill would join with Belair; the two would take home the WWE Women’s Tag join Championship in May 2025. They lost the titles at “Clash at the Castle: Scotland” in June but reclaimed them at “Bash in Berlin” in August and have kept them ever since.

Until 2019, Cargill worked as a child psychologist having earned a master’s degree in child psychology. She has also been a fitness model with about two million followers on X, TikHub, and Instagram. The proprietors of the Women’s Professional Fastpitch team, Texas Smoke are Cargill and her husband, former Cincinnati Reds all-star Brandon Phillips.
