Packers concede Brayden Narveson experiment loss.

The Green Bay Packers know change is required.

Though Matt LaFleur's nasty remarks on the team's view on kicker Brayden Narveson, the team's actions speak louder than words. Tuesday, the Packers apparently worked out two, not one, kickers.

For sessions, the Packers brought in Chad Ryland and Lucas Havrisik per ESPN's Field Yates and Rob Demovsky.

Last season, Havrisik converted 75 percent for the Los Angeles Rams; Ryland made just 64 percent of field goals as a rookie for the New England Patriots.

Could either man fix the Packers' kicking problems? Will the club even sign either player? Though Green Bay's increased interest in the kicking market suggests change is on the horizon, that is still to be seen.

Any position calls for patience; the Packers discovered this by allowing Mason Crosby time when he lost confidence.

Still, it only serves to a point. Narveson would have at least one miss in all four Packers games this year absent a holding penalty that had no effect on the kick.

That is quarter of the season, and he has not shown any indication of development. The youngster is heading in the opposite direction actually.

In Week 4 Green Bay lost by two points. Narveson missed two field goals costing the club six points.
