Bowls of peppery slaw topped with shrimp and edamame

Ingredients

– Spicy Cabbage Slaw – 2 cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed – 1 medium avocado, diced – ½ medium lime, juiced – 12 ounces peeled cooked shrimp

Get ready to make some spicy cabbage slaw. Add edamame, toss, and set aside after adding it.  

In a small bowl, combine the lime juice and avocado.  

The combination of slaw should be distributed evenly among four containers. A quarter of the shrimp, which is approximately three ounces, and a quarter of the avocado should be placed on top of each.  

It should be covered and stored in the refrigerator until it is ready to be consumed.
